HUGE HAIL BATTER DALLAS!!!
DALLAS - Storms began pounding North Texas on
Sunday night and continued through Monday morning, delivering large
hail, high winds and heavy rain.
One of the hardest hit areas in the region was in and around Fort Worth, where many drivers parked under overpasses to ride storms.
As it passed through Dallas County, a storm knocked out power to some residents.
Many areas reported hail -- some as big as golf balls.
In fact, many also downed tree limbs and damaged property throughout North Texas.
Similar storms are in the forecast for late Monday afternoon, according to FOX 4 meteorologist Evan Andrews.
Storms are also possible late Tuesday, he said.
